Phase 1
Selection of Raw Materials
Our process begins with the careful selection of raw materials directly at the source. A representative, accompanied by a third-party specialist company, visits the producers to collect samples from the selected lot, which are then sent to accredited laboratories in Austria, Germany, and Italy for thorough analysis.
The selected lot is sealed with wax stamps for 21 days by the guarantor company. Only if the analyses confirm the quality claimed by the producer do we return to remove the seals and proceed with importation. Chromatography analyses guarantee the absence of over 500 commonly used pesticides, ensuring the purity of organic products.
Phase 2
Import - Export
We are experts in importation and handle all customs clearance procedures for natural and certified organic products from non-European countries. Our experience allows us to efficiently overcome any bureaucratic hurdles, ensuring a smooth import process by selecting the appropriate transport method for each type of merchandise.
Phase 3
Laboratory
Once in the warehouse, the products are analyzed, and certificates of analysis and MSDS are issued thereafter.
Phase 4
Storage
Once imported, the products are stored in our warehouse in Plovdiv, ready to be packaged in the quantities required.

Shipping
